Margolis Trading
Founded as our first business in 1981, Margolis Trading is the cornerstone of the Margolis Holdings group of companies.
Starting out as a small local trading company, we soon expanded to trade internationally becoming a key supplier to small and large public and private institutions in Zimbabwe and the region. Trade is where our origins lie and we continue to undertake this today.
Since then, Margolis Trading has continued to grow and, today, our biggest business is real estate development. We operate across all major real estate sectors including the industrial, commercial and residential real estate markets. The Margolis name is synonymous with quality real estate developments and our clients seek us out specifically for this.

Step Investments
Step Investments was founded in 1986 and is the management arm of our commercial property portfolio. Our vision is simple – to be the biggest and best provider of lettable property services in Zimbabwe.
Step Investments owns and manages Margolis Plaza, our flagship commercial property in the heart of Harare’s central business district. Margolis Plaza is a mixed-use building combining retail space with office space. It is one of Harare most sought-after buildings for rental space and leases and has >90% occupancy.
