Stephen Margolis is the founder of Margolis Holdings group of companies. The group covers sectors such as land development , housing construction, real estate ownership, commercial, residential , hospitality properties as well as tourism and mining.
In 1981, soon after Zimbabwe’s independence, Stephen set up Margolis Trading which is our first company to register which led to the growth of the group to where it is today.
To date Stephen continues to lead the way in developing international business connections and pursuing outside investment into Zimbabwe.
Stephen has set on several public and private sector boards. He also helps the community and has initiated and led several fundraising efforts for different communities including the rebuilding of a rural hospital, the building of a bridge amongst others.
Stephen is a member of Rotary International and has been a member of several business organisations which include:
• The Malaysia-Zimbabwe business network
• Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce (ZNCC) International Trade Committee
• Center for Global Action, Japan
• Zimbabwe-China business network
• Zimbabwe-India business network
Stephen is also the founder and sponsor of Zimbabwe nurse of the year award.
As an experienced businessman, Stephen offers advice on careers  and support to small businesses as well as lobbying government to improve the ease of doing business in Zimbabwe.
Fadziso Nhende

Fadziso  is the General Manager . She  heads the Marketing of all the subsidiary companies and is in charge of the Human Resources Department. She joined the organisation in December 2008 as an administrator, she then rose to the position of General Manager. Before joining Margolis Holdings Fadziso worked as a personnel clerk from 2004-2007, procurement clerk in 2007 and then Personnel Officer in 2008 at Zesa Enterprises.
Francisca Muringaniza

Francisca Muringaniza is the Sales and Marketing Executive. She worked at Zimbabwe Tourism Authority in 2014 as an Intern under the National Convention Bureau, Marketing and Standards Division. Thereafter, she worked at Avant Garde Group, a Civil and Construction firm, employed as a Sales Executive. In 2018 she also worked for a Hair Manufacturing Company, Outre Zimbabwe, working as a Sales and Marketing Executive. She later moved to World Class Tourism and Hospitality, a Travel and Hospitality Agency, employed as a Sales and Marketing Supervisor. Francisca is also a beneficiary and participant of Deloitte Youth Internship Project under the international Youth Foundation (October 2016- April 2017).
